Regarding the dynamic development of the epidemiological situation, we would like to inform that it was decided by the Rector of Lodz University of Technology on February 26 that from March 2 to 15, 2020, Polish students of all forms and fields of studies at Lodz University of Technology, who have travelled to: China, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Macau, Hong-Kong, Philippines, Japan, Iran, Italy, France, or Austria in February 2020, as well as foreign students who are or have been coming to Lodz University of Technology as part of international student exchange programs, are exempt from attending any form of classes planned at the University.
Absence from classes is going to be justified based on travel documents (tickets, receipts) presented to the competent vice-dean for student affairs, confirming a stay in any of the countries listed above.
TUL authorities request all students, especially the people who have been on trips abroad in February, to monitor their health condition.
