Announcement No. 7/2020 of the Rector of Lodz University of Technology of 16 April 2020, issued on the basis of the Ordinance No. 21/2020 of the Rector of Lodz University of Technology on special arrangements related to the prevention, counteraction and eradication of the SARS-CoV-2 virus at Lodz University of Technology

1. I would like to inform you that the Ministry of Science and Higher Education has decided to extend the deadline for entering data into the POL-on System until 28 April 2020. The extension of the deadline applies to entering data into both POL-on registers (students, employees, doctoral students) as well as GUS reporting. The change of the reporting deadline also applies to the supplementary data form for the purposes of subsidies and grants.

2. Therefore I oblige all units and organizational departments responsible for inputting data to the POL-on System to intensify their work and finish inputting data by 23 April (Thursday) at 12:00 p.m., so that the University can verify the inputted data and the Rector can confirm its correctness within the deadline indicated by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

3. The announcement enters into force on 16 April 2020.
